Are your products original?
Yes. We sell only original products from the brands we carry, such as Furla, Roncato, Gironacci, Carlo Salvatelli, Secrid and Pasotti. Heros has been selling handbags, leather goods and luggage in Lithuania since 1993.
Which brands do you sell?
Handbags: Furla, Gironacci, Carlo Salvatelli, Plinio Visona, Abro, Braccialini, Anekke and our own label HerosRed (handbags made in Italy from natural leather). Luggage and travel bags: Roncato and Bric's. Wallets and card holders: Secrid, Gianni Conti and Furla. Umbrellas: Pasotti, Bugatti and Doppler.
Where are your stores and when are they open?
Vilnius: Saltoniškių g. 9, Panorama shopping centre, 2nd floor, open every day 10:00–21:00. Klaipėda: H. Manto g. 46, open Monday to Friday 11:00–19:00 and Saturday 11:00–17:00, closed on Sunday.
Can I see a product in a store before buying?
Most of the collections in our online store are also in our stores. Stock differs between the stores, so call +370 615 61 161 or write to info@herosbags.com and we will tell you where the item is.
Can I order online and pick up in a store?
Yes. At checkout choose pickup at our store in Vilnius (Panorama) or Klaipėda (H. Manto g. 46). We let you know by email when your order is ready.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Lithuania: €5, free on orders from €100. Latvia and Estonia: €7, free on orders from €100. We ship with DPD and Omniva, usually within 1–5 business days. Rest of Europe: €20, 2–7 business days. USA and Canada: €50. Rest of the world: €35. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Do you ship to Finland and other countries?
Yes. Finland and the rest of Europe: €20, usually 2–7 business days. We also ship to the USA and Canada (€50) and the rest of the world (€35). For deliveries outside the EU the customer pays customs duties and import taxes.
How do I return an item?
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us at info@herosbags.com, then send the item to UAB HEROS, Šaulių g. 19, LT-92233 Klaipėda, Lithuania. We refund within 14 days using the same payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
What guarantee do I get?
EU law gives you two years from delivery to claim if an item does not conform to the contract, for example a defect in materials or workmanship. We repair or replace the item, or, where that is not possible, reduce the price or refund you.
How can I pay?
Online you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal. All prices are in euros.
Do you have gift cards and gift wrapping?
Yes. Heros gift cards are available from €25 to €250, and gift wrapping can be added to an order for €1.
How do I choose the right suitcase size?
Every suitcase page lists its dimensions, capacity and weight. Carry-on suitcases are in Cabin luggage, and bags made for Ryanair cabin baggage in Ryanair cabin bags and backpacks. Airlines change their rules, so check your airline's current size limits before you fly.
